- Alexa Jane BrooksOctober 9, 2014Beautiful coffee shop set up. Hard wood, marble top, lots of seats indoor and out. Perfect place to meet up with friends. Not to mention the coffee is of unbelievably high quality. Foods delish too!
- Get a hot croissant! So good! The grilled cheese has a little too much cheese! But it's still good! 😊 the Iced coffee is also delicious only wish they would make it for you so it would be easier
- I have Celiac disease and this is one of the best places for me to get lunch! I love all the paninis on gluten free bread! They also have gluten free desserts like tiramisu!

- Luke BornheimerJanuary 1, 2015Great espresso drinks made by knowledgeable and talented baristas. Space is generally crowded (especially in winter), but there is plenty of turnover on the tables so space opens up relatively quick.
- Steven DoyleMarch 24, 2019Best flat white I’ve had in America (you have to ask for it as it’s not on the menu) - on par with any Antipodean brews (yes I also was shocked by this)Upvoted 2 days ago
- Soph AhmFebruary 26, 2019Enjoyed their cup of affogato, which is a scoop of gelato with hot coffee poured over. The bread pudding was tasty too. Place was packed for a Saturday evening!

- Alyssa WAugust 16, 2017Great coffee shop in Boston. When I was there they were serving sightglass coffee. The pourover menu is hard to see until you're right at the corner.
- Brian FloresMay 31, 2016Best breakfast sandwich in Boston: the B.A.L.T. bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, fresh sourdough, amazing garlic aioli, then, add an egg. It'll blow your mind.
- Farida SDecember 5, 2014Pretty average coffee and food. Surprised that even their honey lattes are quite unsweetened. Lovely ambience makes up for the unspectacular appetite experience.
- Meg BermanNovember 9, 2018I'm almost certain Thinking Cup created latte art. Couple their lattes with fresh baked pastries and you can have yourself the perfect morning on Newbury Street.

- Al SNovember 26, 2017Good coffee (Stumptown) but the space is too tight and is always packed. Not a good place to work or hang out. The other location on Tremont is always busy too but it’s a bit more spacious.
