This new spot by chef James Lowe is quickly becoming a brilliant showcase of modern British cuisine. While that may come as no surprise, they're also serving some of the best coffee in Shoreditch.

Espresso, flat white, etc, available too.
They have a secret coffee bar during the day serving coffees from the likes of Koppi. Had a selection of the small starter plates for lunch which were all excellent. Decor is St. John chic. v cool.

- Have the filter coffee, it's wonderful (and still a fairly rare thing) to get decent coffee at end of meal for once. At £39 for 5 courses it's great value showcasing some decent modern British cuisine

For lunch, just get two small plates per person. You will have a feast for cheap. Coffee is amazing here, so save some room at the end.
