Comfortable space to chill out and read or work. The cold brew is especially good. Their wrap + salad combo is surprisingly tasty and one of the better priced lunches you can find in the city.

This location is great relaxing and reading and secret little hint for those at the beach in search of a clean bathroom...JJ bean is your answer.

Go for the savory cheese scone ..or something like that... pairs well with the good filtered coffee.. ask to warm it up a bit!
