- Serious EatsFebruary 11, 2015The hand-pulled noodles are a little thicker and softer than ideal, but they come in broths you'll want to slurp and scrape out of the bottom of the bowl. Solid soup dumplings and sheng jian bao.
- Claire DranginisSeptember 7, 2014The soup dumplings are the best I've ever had outside of Shanghai. The ramen is yummy too, but if you leave without eating the dumplings you're making a huge mistake.
- Amazing soup dumplings! Even the shrimp & loofa ones are delish (as strange as it sounds). The beef scallion pancakes and the ramen (Chinese hand pulled noodles, NOT the Japanese type) are a must!
- Wonton soup is great. Plump and delicious wontons stuffed with pork and shrimp. Add extra meat (e.g. duck for $4) and Bok Choi ($2) to make it a full meal. Worth the 15 minute wait.
- emily chenAugust 14, 2016If you're a auth Aisian food enthusiast - the tripe and beef app is legit here, beef scallion pancake for hangovers, XLB is solid. Head over to Bibble and Sip after for an earl grey tea cream puff.
- Adam LangdonFebruary 19, 2017Soup dumplings are amazing! As are the fried pork dumplings. Hand pulled noodle dishes are great, the vegetables in this dish are especially good!
- SuperjonbotFebruary 8, 2014Excellent ramen and soup dumplings, just note that it's Chinese ramen so it may be a bit different than what you're used to, get the sliced noodles! Oh, and eat in! Take out ruins the taste!
- Shanghai Pan-Fried Pork Buns are incredible. Reminds me of famed Yang's Dumplings in Shanghai.
- Tina HilllNovember 30, 2016Hole in the wall with great food and fast service. Convenient to theatre district. The dumplings steamed or fried are a great choice. Scallion pancakes are crispy good too :)
- Chris BurchAugust 11, 2016So very good. The soup dumplings have a very clean, non greasy taste. The soy-vinegar mixture was sweetened with sugar, but you can ask for it to be unsweetened which is my preference.
- Anabel MartinezMarch 5, 2023Excellent customer service, delicious ramen, pork buns and dumplings. Great location near Times Square and prices are fair.
