- Amy Miller EverhartApril 4, 2014Ate here during our stay at the Hyatt and the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich is amazing! Pickled beets, goat cheese, soft boiled egg, sprouts and ranch dressing. Kids had butter noodles & mac& cheese.
