A Vieux Carré is a New Orleans concoction of rye whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine & bitters. Straight off from their flight, the nose is already different. Enjoy in no particular order 😬

Haven't been to the tippling club before? Try the pre theater menu if you have only 2 hours to spare! 6-8pm daily and you get 3 course + 3 amuse bouche plus a glass of wine.

Favorite bar in SIN. Their current cocktail menu comes in gummy bear form - you can taste their 12 house cocktails before you order one.

This is a place you cannot miss if you are looking for fine food and great service. Order their lunch set (risotto!) or simply check with the service team for recommendations.

Zac, the head bartender, will do incredible cocktail pairings with your meal. Try sitting at the bar or the chef's counter for a really cool interactive experience.

It's expensive but worth it if you're wanting a blowout. Bring some friends and try the ten course tasting menu with matching drinks for a fun evening.

Possibly my fave cocktail bar in all of Singapore. Always pushing the envelop and staying a step ahead. Amazing food by Ryan too.

Excellent cocktails. The bar is a cute are to sit at. Haven't tried dinner here yet but it seems a bit steep for what it is.

“シンプル”に美味しい食事を求めたかったのですが、演出、遊び心が多すぎて少し期待外れでした。オープンキッチンにもかかわらず料理に真剣と言うよりも、キッチン内での遊びが目立ったのが残念です。お口直しには、名前入りの処方箋みたいに演出されたラムネ....ん〜。個人的には多分次はないかなと。
