The thinly shaved Parma prosciutto on an airy pillow of fried dough is much greater than the sum of its parts and should not be missed. Peperu cheese stuffed peppers are perfect little starter bites.

The mandilli di seta is the one that everyone talks about, which is a hankerchief pasta coated in an almond basil pesto. The texture is luxurious, making it a great pasta course at this eatery. Read more

Had the Truffle Butter noodle pasta with salmon. Portion was too small for it being the must expensive pasta plate at $25 on the menu but it was quite good. I recommend also their gelato 👌

Their "mandilli di seta" which is handkerchief pasta with almond basil pesto is the dish to try! The homemade pasta is perfection and the pesto is creamy unlike any other pesto I've had. Real winner!

TFK has the unique Billy Joel like problem of a hit becoming bigger than the body of work. The handkerchief pasta with basil almond pesto is the signature dish. You can't get anything else.

Factory Kitchen does meat especially well, so try not to bring vegetarians here; though, their almond pesto handkerchief pasta is one of their best dishes. Read more

The prosciutto over fried dough and the pizzetta were outstanding. Also recommend the brussel sprouts and sea bass.

Actually I like Brera better. It’s a good place, but not that impressive tho. The handkerchief pasta is okay, full of pesto. The pappardelle is good but too salty. The desserts are better.
