    WOW! Fantastic authentic Roman Italian restaurant. Only thing missing was an Italian staff. Meat, Cheese and Giardiniera was perfect. Hard to find Cacio e Pepe was exceptional!Budino was great too!

    This Roman trattoria has already managed to become both a beautiful neighborhood spot for downtown Roswell locals and a destination for intown visitors.

    The short rib pasta dish was amazing. Service was great and the tables were spread out a bit unlike some other places that try to cram too many people together!

    Great experience! Even though it was opening night and they were sure to have the "jitters" they didn't show it. A great addition to Canton Street!
