    It's a singular restaurant for driving Westsiders to the Chinese food mecca, & has spawned near-countless other outlets & iterations, & the funky, spicy toothpick lamb is one very delicious reason why

    Sampled the following for a birthday dinner: Shredded pork; toothpick beef or lamb; cold noodles; beef noodle stew; & green beans. If you're adventurous & like spicy food, this place is your jam.

    Next time I'd come with a bigger group since they had a lot of large tables and seated the bigger groups before us. Also, I want to try the lion fish which seemed too big for my small group to share

    Best Sichuan in LA -- go for the classics, green pepper fish and cumin lamb. Add in some authentic Kungpao for some sweetness to balance it all out.

    Wow. Super helpful in picking dishes. Great accommodation of a large group. Good cumin lamb, boiled fish, cold bean thread noodle starter, and rabbit.

    Make reservations if you can, the wait can be very long. Good food, but not for a 2 hour wait (granted it was a Sat evening)
