Great selection of herbs and spices, particularly those geared toward healing purposes! Now I don't have to travel far distances to get them at specialty stores, just down the street!

Spencer FOctober 4, 2014Was overwhelmed by the prices. Most of their items you can't find at the chain markets. But the national brands they do carry like Kashi are way overpriced. I left and went to Hannaford.
- The best upstate. Better than Mother Earth, Kingston. My favourite.
If you like Trader Joes then you'll love HWFC. Become a member, volunteer and save.- Humboldt Fog cheese. Alden's black raspberry ice cream, Liberté yogurt, grasss fed beef, coffee
- Have to watch; some products are more expensive than elsewhere. Otherwise, I rate this as a local Whole Foods.
Deli soups are usually pretty good with a little salt. Coffee rocks.
Go to the cheese section. Ask for a sample. Loveee
Try the icecream. It's really expensive but totally worth it.
