Easy Figure InternationalOctober 8, 2013I believe that serving against the clock took a toll off the quality of service. A customer had the order mixed up & my espresso was initially served in a 16 oz cup, an offense to the Italian culture!
the only Panera in the area with self serve hot and cold to go cups, a major time saver vs other nearby locations where you have to wait in line and ask for a cup, even if you’ve ordered in advance

First off I love Panera and I'm not trying to complain. But have they changed the recipe for the cream of chicken wild rice soup? Last two times I ordered, it was really watery. Is this normal now?
A great experience. Food was very good and the customer service was top-notch.

Lisa MartinoDecember 2, 2013Drive-thru tends to be slow. Always double check your order. This location does not give Disney castmembers a discount. Watch your turns out of the place, especially if you gave to make a u turn.
