Call ahead and reserve the pig head! Lots of food (pork loin, bread, fried pork, etc.) and supplement with some side dishes/veggies. Pair with the Smokey Old Fashioned or a barrel aged bourbon.
Their barrel-aged cocktails are really well done, and the cornflake crusted chicken livers...wow. Pork cheek stew is another fave, and the fried pork shank. And...and...and...ya, I love this place.Upvoted Apr 10
