- Casey LauDecember 28, 2017Many people have said the Fergburger is overrated and only tourists stand in line while right next door is the best bakery I’ve been to in New Zealand. The pies and breads are incredible.
- Cigdem Cakci RobertApril 11, 2016If the weather is cold, have toasted jalapeno cheese bagel with long black coffee. Chill meets chilly. Highly recommended for edgy lovers. to cool down, get ferg's famous boston creme. And be gratefulUpvoted Apr 8
- Swemeatballs .September 30, 2015The pies are amazing. Both the lamb shank and venison & portobello pies were top and for those with a sweet tooth- Boston cream doughnuts are legendary for a reason!
- Moises Hamui AJune 10, 2018Amazing!!!! Just amazing. Ask for the mr big stuff or the deluxe. Actually everything is amazing. We got back the next day
- JulieAugust 13, 2015Spinach cream cheese muffin was huge and delicious. Also the smoothie with pineapple and chia was good - not very sweet with an earthy taste.
- Max Blue 🚴🍔February 22, 2015The almond chocolate croissant is probably the most tasty and crispy croissant I ever had outside of france. ❤️👏
- Christina C.November 17, 2013The pork belly pie is to die for. But the absolute must is the Boston cream donut. I still dream about that donut. I would eat 2 day if I lived nearby.
- The Boston cream donut is a must! And the breakfast wrap looks unassuming but is oh so flavorful!
- Chiara MarsonerOctober 26, 2017Tasty pies and big loafs of bread - European style. Recommended for a quick lunch and fresh bread for you breakfast and picnic :)
- Best pies! Get the lamb shank or venison & portobello mushroom pie. Great for breakfast before heading to ski field as they are opened from 630am.
- Best breakfast option if you take the 730am bus to Cardrona as nothing is opened at that hour. Grab one of the yummy pies and microwave them in the morning.
- Ali AndersonNovember 30, 2014arguably as good as the fergburger. fantastic sandwiches, doughnuts, cakes, espresso drinks, and pies. stop in if you're hungry!
- Colin HedrenNovember 24, 2013Vegetarian pie for non-meat eaters is soooo good. Dad recommends the Boston Cream donut too. He bought 3 so he could save 2 for later.
- Johahn LeungSeptember 9, 2015Great pies and coffee before morning skiing. Lamb shanks, pork belly, beef steak etc.
- Jase WMarch 16, 2017Pies are delicious. Boston cream donuts are not exactly authentic, but they taste amazing.
- Meg DubeApril 13, 2016Looks like it's only a bakery and gelato spot but they have awesome juices and healthy smoothies.
- Steven GibsonMarch 20, 2021The roast chicken sandwich was delicious and you can’t go past their cream donut
- L BAugust 3, 2014They actually give you the right amount of cream cheese for your bagel! ...and just as delicious as everyone says
- Reg LJune 14, 2015Don't go without a Boston cream doughnut. The fresh vanilla bean cream is so good!
- Tian Haw KohMarch 26, 2016Well, there's hardly anything that not good here. The Boston cream donut is a must try
- Danny GohNovember 26, 2016Fergburger is overrrated, try Fergbaker instead - their pies are to die for.
- Carmen MagarJanuary 22, 2014They have German multigrain bread! And chocolate croissants, which seem to be otherwise absent in NZ
- Peter WuSeptember 17, 2014Great food but horrible experience. I asked for a replacement "cover" for my coffee cup and the girl said do you mean "lid" with an air of superiority thrown in
- Ferrie PokSeptember 1, 2013try the venison pie its the best! pork belly also awesome if you're not keen on bambi
- Linsey YewDecember 16, 2015Preferred the pastries / sandwiches here more than Fergburger next door! 😁
- Peter WuSeptember 17, 2014We think the girl with the red bow was unhappy that my wife had asked to cut our egg & bacon muffin (which they refused to do). They also said it would be a 10 minute wait for our coffee when not busy
