- JessicaDecember 4, 2012My salad was really good: but be prepared to be surrounded by fake food snobs & enlightened 20somethings...close tables mean you get to hear gems like: "My life motto is, you only live once ya know?"
- Carinae L'etoileJanuary 26, 2013Wonder if this place is better than the ones scattered throughout the UK? Was never impressed by them when I lived in England and Scotland. It's a huge chain.
- When there are lines all over Copley/Back Bay at lunchtime, you can be in and out of here in minutes with fresh, tasty options.
- My favorites are the chicken avocado salad, tomato feta soup, and bacon mac n cheese.
- Erin BoucherMarch 17, 2013Corporate responsibility, yummy fresh food, and good staff make it worth the headache trying to find parking in Copley Square.
- Kohei ShimaJuly 7, 2013Free wifi, near from Copley and Arlington subway stations. Easy access to sightseeing. Good place for travelers!
- Always loved them in the UK. Interesting to see their take on a US menu. Tasty. Needs more veggie options tho :)
- Love their croissant and brie and caramelized onion on whole wheat baguette!
- Mai NortonMarch 6, 2013It was busy and seemed more like NYC inside than Boston. It's a perfect spot for lunch on the run.
- Brita OutzenJune 3, 2015Nice food, but man, $3.99 for half a sandwich with hardly any chicken (I think one piece) in it?!?
- They have patio seating for the summer. Not many outlets to plug in when you are inside
- It's fresh, it's natural, and they give their leftovers to homeless shelters.
- Charles KNovember 26, 2012Pret is not necessarily that good. My sandwich was burned on one side and the hot chocolate is from powder.
- Try their clam chowder- it is quite good- better than Au Bon Pain or Panera's across the street.
- All the sandwiches and foods are pre-packaged - not what I expected. Lattes are ok - I'd rather go to L'aroma for cafe drinks in this neighborhood.
- Angela Noelle MartinApril 27, 2013I love their coffee. I work in the area and have a hard time finding coffee that doesn't taste burnt. Starbucks included.
- Andy PalermoApril 6, 2013Bread is good but they need to put more meat in the sangys - I'm a man, I need my meat
- Check for your passcode to engage in free Wi-Fi on the receipt
- Jordan RaynorMay 27, 2013For some reason, this location doesn't have the famous ham and cheese croissant because "they don't hold their temperature in Boston." Huh? Fail.
- sometimes I like to sit in here & pretend I'm still in London.
- Karol Saint 💖💝June 7, 2018Ótimo custo benefício😜Pra quem faz dieta aqui tem opções sem gluten, lactose etc e tal🍞🥦🥐🥖🥨
