Carinae L'etoileJanuary 26, 2013Wonder if this place is better than the ones scattered throughout the UK? Was never impressed by them when I lived in England and Scotland. It's a huge chain.
When there are lines all over Copley/Back Bay at lunchtime, you can be in and out of here in minutes with fresh, tasty options.
My favorites are the chicken avocado salad, tomato feta soup, and bacon mac n cheese.

Always loved them in the UK. Interesting to see their take on a US menu. Tasty. Needs more veggie options tho :)
Love their croissant and brie and caramelized onion on whole wheat baguette!

They have patio seating for the summer. Not many outlets to plug in when you are inside

Charles KNovember 26, 2012Pret is not necessarily that good. My sandwich was burned on one side and the hot chocolate is from powder.
Try their clam chowder- it is quite good- better than Au Bon Pain or Panera's across the street.
All the sandwiches and foods are pre-packaged - not what I expected. Lattes are ok - I'd rather go to L'aroma for cafe drinks in this neighborhood.
