    The Cauliflower & Butter sampler are all they are cracked up to be, but what about a dinner entree? The spaghetti squash presents as artwork and is uniquely amazing. I loved the crunchy outer layer!

    Pork belly and cauliflower totally a must! But truth be told the BEST part is Paul - he is amazing. He knows his craft very well. Genuinely builds connection with clients like us! Must when in TN!

    Everyone in Nashville is friendly, but the staff here were above and beyond. Sit at the chef's bar so you can see the action in the kitchen. Get the butter tasting, cauliflower, chick peas, pork chop.

    Beef carpaccio! I lived in Italy for 3 years, this is a wonderful American variation; love the roasted garlic and fresh herbs!

    If i could afford to eat here every day, I would. Literally everything was amazing. Good for a group, too, but you need reservations. And disposable income :)

    The cauliflower appetizer is amazing! I got the lamb entree, and it reminded me of The wonderful Turkish foods that I have had while traveling overseas.

    New to the restaurant scene this restaurant rocks. Take more than 6 people and tell them you want the private room. It is awesome. Also tell them you want the rose' that is served with a Porron
