Take classes with Linda Smith. She's tough! Will totally kick your butt and you will be cursing but thankful:-) she's the best!!!
Not a member yet, but their swim lessons are super affordable even if you aren't. Also a super impressive playground.
Disappointing attention to detail lately. Why is that 3rd elliptical still broke, after more than 5 weeks? The Y is cheap, and the Y is friendly, but it is not a great gym. You get what you pay for.
Quit being a baby and take my Wed am spin class. But be on time bc we run out of bikes :)- Mrs Linda Core Conditioning Class!!!! Love/Hate.... You will love the results but hate the pain.
If your working out do abs last. It's your core and if your burn your core out early nothing else will go well- Bring your own workout towel. Stocking of workouts towels is hit-or-miss.

Leave a puddle of sweat on the floor when doing cardio.
