The menu is extensive & painstakingly labeled with dietary footnotes. Corngrain bread and milletbread is available, and pizza is completely gluten and nut free.
The staff is super sweet and everything on the menu is so fresh and so clean, clean. Great place to hang out and get some work done (WiFi password: macrobiotics).
The food is not that healthy. Massive cakes are sweetened with cane sugar. The kimchimaki wasn't prepared freshly. It tasted dry and stale. It was mostly rice and not a lot of filling. Disappointing!
