- The expresso machine can make a nice double latte. Hit the single shot expresso button first then the latte button for a full throttle drink.Upvoted Mar 13

- If you need to freshen up between flights, there are two bright and clean showers available. Ask at the front desk.
- Can pack a good number of people, lines are not usual.You can take the stairs to go down if they have the fire doors open next to the main desk to avoid wait times for the elevator.Have a safe flight!

- I used one of the shower bathrooms to change into something more comfortable before my flight and the cleaning woman unlocked the door and walked in on me. Didn't even apologize for the violation.
- The elevators are the only way in/out. Because Covid reduced elevator capacity, Keep an eye on the lineup to be sure you leave enough time to get to your gate.
- Breakfast croissants are remarkably good for anywhere, not just a lounge
- Great place for a quick snack and the service is always great.

- If on long layover, challenge a fellow traveller to see who can find the most stains on the carpet.
- Way too busy here in the mornings. If you can, try the Plaza Lounge (turn right after security) Better breakfast options and much less crowded.
- Always say thank you to the ladies who do such a good job of cleaning up after you.
- Love the soups! Use the balsamic on salads.... Great healthy choice!

- Liam WangAugust 26, 2013Apparently they takeaway everything on the table. I left my bag and my earphone together with a full pint and went to the bathroom. In a minute it's GONE! The cleaning lady didn't even say sorry.
