- Josh FerraraMay 9, 2018One of the best tex-mex options in the city. If you’re looking for queso, fajitas, and a great margarita, this is your spot.
- Unexpectedly wonderful, comforting tasty Tex Mex cuisine. Quality is a cut above many of the joints on Valencia - WoP is special & different & well worth a visit. Capable cocktails, relaxed service.
- Elyse EstradaSeptember 26, 2012The cheese and guac app are really good! The ribs were fantastic and the burger wrapped in a tortilla is also a winner. Chicken was big but nothing too special, then again it's chicken so expected.
- MattOctober 20, 2013Their twist on cornbread was really good, but it could have almost been a dessert. The guacamole was some of the best I have had in the city. I had the ribs for my main course and they were decent.
- Shruthi GowdaApril 23, 2017Dungeon crab enchiladas is a must try!! If you are a mezcal person try road runner. Shishito peppers , guac N chips or chips N salsa were good too.
- They have excellent cocktails, and you can eat the full dinner menu at the bar. Although margaritas were excellent, as one would expect, the two bourbon/rye cocktails I had were the standouts.
- Bre LambertMay 20, 2013Owner Tyler won The Amazing Race for a reason - big personality & a sweetheart to boot. Entree portions are generous, so order accordingly. Get a Mezcal Mule for a different take on a classic drink.
- Morgan DAugust 25, 2013Head here for a late brunch! Can't go wrong with the artichokes, steak and egg muffin, fish tacos and Texas French toast for dessert. Claim the outside table for fireside shaded outdoorsiness.
- LeVan GreeneSeptember 28, 2015I ate here yesterday for the first time everything was delicious. The best guacamole, and try the sourdough bread pudding.
- NimishaAugust 20, 2012Really, really well done restaurant. Refreshing decor and theme. Everything on the menu is delicious and fresh. Cornbread, corn, steak, poblano rellenos, flourless cake with cherries... Fun.
- Ali Uro-MayAugust 1, 2016Their squash blossom taco is so good. Highly recommend! As well as their Micheladas, they have a red and a green one, and their Prickly Pecos margarita.
- Priya SaiprasadNovember 1, 2012I would go back for the Mezcal Mule (smoky cocktail with ginger beer) and the Queso dip with chorizo. The bar area is quite large and a great place to lounge around in.
- Zoe WeintraubFebruary 23, 2013They're experimenting with a new menu but try the prawns and bacon, artichoke, and Brussels sprouts! Tyler the manager is amazing and super thoughtful!
- Desa FernandezDecember 30, 2012Queso dip and the prawns from the starter menu is where it's at. The burger is also really good. The owner, Tyler, is super friendly and so is the rest of his staff.
- Best fish tacos I've ever had, beautiful ambience, great service. All around great experience. Can't wait to go back.
- Flora ChengJune 12, 2017Came here for happy hour. The guac was good - it had corn in it which gave it a nice sweet flavor. The tacos came in hard shells, and I prefer soft shell tacos. Margaritas were not very strong.
- Mezcal margaritas and their happy hour Texas tacos come from another planet. Friendships are rekindled this way!
- They keep winnowing the menu here, but the most winning dishes persist: the burger, fish tacos, mole bowl and OH that Queso 💯
- Kristine YuenDecember 19, 2016Best Tex-Mex I've had in the city! Really good green chile mac and cheese, queso, and fish tacos

- Jamie FreedmanDecember 30, 2013Everyone's been raving about the Mezcal mule, u thought it tasted like cleaner. Beware! The fried chicken and queso are tasty! Service is great, decor is thoughtful.
- Great spot for weekend breakfast. Just stroll up to the bar—no line. 🍳 brisket scramble is on point 👌
- This is a New Mexican restaurant, as in, from the great state of New Mexico. Don't confuse it with Tex-Mex or people will get mad.
- Emily BOctober 11, 2014The ribs are phenomenal! Perfect portion and delightful. Quac was good, but nothin to write home about. Devils Tooth drink is SO GOO too!
- Christina LorJuly 1, 2013The pork belly, Brussels sprouts & deep fried egg is a holy grail dish. Perfection!
- Jay HollerMay 1, 2013Great food, good drinks, although I expected more mexican dishes on the menu. The Arnold Palmer was refreshing. Great guacamole, awesome service.
- Go to the happy hour (ends at 6:30) for $2.50 tacos and $7 margaritas with a punch! I devoured the creamy queso.
- JennyAugust 28, 2015Great happy hour drink and food specials. Chips and guacamole are delicious but tbh everything else was a bit under salted for my taste
- Everything about this place is amazing: great ambiance, good drinks, simple menu, and DELICIOUS food.
- The Pecos Marg is the prettiest drink you can get. Not to mention it tastes exactly like a Texas-style margarita should—sweet and perfectly spicy.
- Brittany GiudiciFebruary 3, 2015They overestimate the wait time. Pleasant surprise. And great marg pitchers!
- Jag FirerwalkerJanuary 4, 2018The portions are huge. Sharing is definitely must here. Foodwise is very OKAY. Nothing that you will remember in a week's time. Yet good.
- Alanya AtatekinJanuary 30, 2014Burger and chilli are great, bread pudding and buttermilk pie too! (100% of what we ordered). Highly recommended!
- Danielle LunaSeptember 28, 2014The kale tostadas are my weekly guilt free indulgence. Except I dabble them with some queso because why not?
- Margarita BraggJune 15, 2014Pecos marg is the best, most beautiful margarita I've ever had. Food is incredibly flavorful. Yum!!
- AlexAugust 9, 2014The Rodeo Ghost is their best cocktail, sweet and smokey and tequila-ey! The food's awesome too!
- Ashley MowreyMarch 30, 2018They have the impossible burger here, which is... impossibly average. But, the food here is actually really good, there’s a lively vibe, not a place you go on to have a deep conversation.
- scott ...September 14, 2014Live the paleo dream and order the fantastic flat iron steak with a side of buttery broccoli.
- Jared NusinoffJanuary 20, 2013Great duck tacos, corn on the cob, and flank steak. Don't forget that you MUST get the mezcal mule!
- Yusun ChungApril 2, 2015Weekday outside bench next to the fire place is my favorite spot for food drink and people watching
- The bar side is a fantastic place to drink, eat and watch people passing by on Valencia.
- Chris ChildOctober 13, 2012Get the Bloody Mary - all handmade (even the tomato juice) and delicious.
