- I am quick to slam United's bad service. It is well deserved is most instances. However Ms. Joyce in the United Club West is a welcome surprise. She is welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Learn United
- Noah RattnerAugust 6, 2013I haven't been into the B Terminal UA Club West in a few years. Since then, it appears to have gone from an absolute dump to a quiet oasis. Nicely appointed furniture, nice window seating bar stools.
- Newly renovated! Comfortable chairs and tons of new outlets to plug in your toys. Finally a change I like at the new United.
- Paul JozefakOctober 25, 2015One of the better Clubs I've been to in the States but still fairly basic with minimal food and drink options. This one has plenty of power outlets and was fairly clean. Wasn't too overrun either.
- Magnus MchunguziJuly 27, 2013The Lounge has wonderful internet, the airport is nice and clean and has wonderful service and friendly ground staff
- Great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Oh - and free booze FTW! Although the furniture was here before the airport was built.
- Myles CirilloMay 28, 2012While both East and West are old and beaten, the rest rooms are clean and it's peaceful. Need to hunt for power (place was built pre battery everything). Still better than hanging with the masses. ;-)
- Keith BlodornSeptember 22, 2018United has really dialed back on the snacks available at its lounges. Compared to other Star Alliance partners, it’s slim pickings in United lounges.
- Damian BayonaSeptember 15, 2016The West club closes earlier and has the food taken away before the East club. If you are there for a while, better to post up in the East club.
- They have remodeled the West room..great furniture chairs tables n lots of outlets.TG..not 1977 anymore♥ it Good job United!
- Paul BowenNovember 20, 2012Make sure if you use the bagel toaster in the morning that your bagel is cut in half otherwise it's a fire hazard, can be very embarrassing
- Wayne ASeptember 16, 2013This place needs a little TLC, just like the planes United flies. Blue Moon is now considered "Premium," as is Beefeater gin. Both were "complimentary" a month ago.
- Hard to find power around here. Exterior seating has power on the floor and some chairs with end tables have power built in. Definitely need a remodel for the $$ of membership
- Nauman NoorSeptember 6, 2014Large and well renovated with plenty of outlets. Escalators seem to always be out for maintenance.
- Recently and nicely remodeled. Plenty of tables with lots of power strips!
- Nicholas KrutOctober 18, 2013I don't know what people are talking about. Maybe the comments are outdated. The furniture is quite clean and there are power outlets at virtually every table...
- The Customer Service folks behind the counter at the top of the stairs can work miracles, sometimes.
- Note to United Club: Clean the upholstered chairs. These are disgustingly stained and who knows what is growing in there! That is all
- There are 2 United Clubs in Terminal B. The West club is better. New furniture & power outlets.
- If you need to recharge - every desk in the business/work area has two outlets.
- Sean KahuilaNovember 22, 2015Ticket agent went out her way to help me. Also love the new fresh food items.
- Jamie WagnerJuly 12, 2022During busy times they can deny passholders due to volume. Let us in because we were “seniors”.
- Greg PesekMarch 27, 2013You have to wait until 9:30 for the bar to open. It's outrageous and Jeff Smizek will hear about it
- Paul NunesJune 24, 2014Its not just the fact the lounge hasn't been updated. Its pretty filthy overall. I actually try to avoid the United lounges when I'm in Denver. The gate areas seem to be cleaner and better maintained
- Emily HummelOctober 21, 2022Insanely crowded before 9am on a Friday, could barely find seats for two of us
- Hillary JessupJanuary 7, 2013The airport in Denver is huge. There are tons of places to eat & shop. United has two Clubs in the Denver airport. It's a great place to pass the time during a long layover.
- Typical United Club. Nothing special but nicer than hanging out in the terminal.
- Quantum ThinkingJuly 11, 2011Nice window seats located behind the western wall before the bar; no power plugs though.
- Remember to tip your Bartender. Drinks might be free but they still are serving you.
- Do us all a favor and clean the upholstery, United Club. This is disgusting.
- United Club East is closed for renovation. Expect this club to be busy.
- Jay EaglesonApril 5, 2017Wifi, comfy seats, light snack type food throughout the day and a full bar. If you have a long layover or delay, it's a no brainer.
- Marc SJuly 28, 2017Very average UA Club. Needs a refresh. And still plastic plates and utensils?! Sad.
- Chris TirpakNovember 27, 2011United really needs to replace the worn out and filthy furniture here. They could also vacuum between the cushions once in a while. Getting pretty gross.
- James O'DonnellJune 19, 2012No longer allow guests for international flights for Gold/Platinum members. Even family.
- There are two here now, east and west, is either bigger or better?
- Hard to find a plug here, especially by the window. Ridiculous for this day and age... Need to update the club, it's in sad shape!
