Solid college-friendly option around the UC's campus. Have the salmon, the grilled sandwiches, or the burger. Sit outside by the fireplace.

Good beer, decent food, and great outdoor space, but if you are expecting friendly service, look elsewhere. The wait staff here are the grumpiest you will find in the area.
The tables in the courtyard are made from original wood benches from @Cal's Memorial Stadium
