- Get yourself in some slippers, sit near the fireplace and order the “Snuggler”. Once you’re nice and toasty - avail yourself of the tasty food selection. Hint: truffle fries.
- Dan JaklicJanuary 18, 2013Fine American, On-Mtn Dining. Enjoy the excellent Lamb Chili or Ham & Fig Pizza, all while bootless in lush slippers. A top-notch Vail Restaurant (& not too expensive)!
- Louis BaltimoreMarch 12, 2016The experience is fantastic. The food is all great. So much better than the food at they other lodges. Well worth the extra few bucks
- E.C HoffmanMarch 16, 2012Cone see Shea for some great local beers on tap, Crazy Mountain IPA or Bonfire's Vanilla Porter are great choices not to mention an unparalleled wine list by my friend Matthew Pauls!!
- Rachel LJanuary 2, 2015The spicy lamb chili is phenomenal. I also loved the mushroom pizza, bison bratwurst and pineapple upside down cake.
- Love the place but I think it is a terrible idea that they close at 3:15pm on Sunday s. Lift ticket at Vail are expensive enough that you want to ski a full day
- Rebecca MazzaJanuary 23, 2013I hate chili but their lamb chili is divine. And you MUST end with the chocolate pave with peanut butter ganache. Best dessert ever.
- The food is excellent, the pot pie is one of the best. The service was disjointed.
- Kelly HugsFebruary 28, 2012This is the best place for lunch on the mountain. You don't need a reservation if you sit at the bar.
- Toreya SheaFebruary 25, 2012The chili is so spicy, I'm not sure how most people eat it. Which is great for me.
- Mark LindzyJanuary 5, 2012They have a coat, boot, helmet, etc. check for your gear. And fuzzy slippers to wear while dining. Sweet!
- Lia VictoriaMarch 18, 2019The food was horrible. Not even the coffee tasted good :( this is a faux “exclusive” restaurant!
