The wait is always pretty long. Try snagging a table at the bar area. You still have your own table and it's the same menu.
My favorite Cheesecake Factory. Just feel like the waiters are so overwhelmed and it takes forever for them to come to the table. Even to bring water.

Try the brûlée French toast which is to die for. And the salted caramel vodka milkshake. Thousands of calories but sooo worth it.

Mel DryJuly 31, 2011Really bad service. We had to ask other servers for things b/c our waitress disappeared for 30 mins. The shepherds pie is really good though and the ahi tartare. My friend's burger was burnt though.
The wait is always long. The staff is slow and not attentive. Waiters are fine, but overall it's a hassle to eat here.
