- LauraJanuary 26, 2018The vegan fish and chips is stunning. Made of banana blossom the texture is a little like jackfruit (but nicer) - in crispy batter with loads of chips is just delicious.
- Emma Jane MenteathApril 22, 2016Really delicious fish and chips. Well priced, large portions, fresh tasting and not oily at all. The pickled shallots where a nice change instead of the usual pickled onions.
- The chargrilled halibut is a must and the fries are excellent. The lobster sub is delicious too.
- King TanMarch 28, 2016Delicious oysters. Apart from smelling like a chip shop when you leave this place has amazing seafood for a good price!
- Ben RobraJuly 20, 2015Great fish 'n' chips. Definitely the best in Hackney as others already said. Go for the deep fried Snickers with ice cream to top it of at the end.
- Fried is not the only option. Instead try the chargrilled squid, monkfish, tuna or octopus. It's my favourite local for fish.
- Kurt HaaNovember 10, 2015One of the best fish & chips in London! Friendly staff, cozy place a amazing fish!
- I've said it before; I'll say it again. Best chippy in Hackney, if not London.
- Large take away chips (though not the best ones in town) are extra-mega-giga large even for two! However fish is soooo irresistible omnomnom
- Samphire and couscous make an interesting side with a swordfish steak.
- GagenmeisterApril 9, 2013Best battered sausage and wicked curry sauce. Also the the benches and tiles
- Garrett GroszkoFebruary 5, 2016Cash only. There are a couple close Cash Points. The closest is Tesco Express.
- Pie and Chips. Can't go wrong. I wish all Chippys were like this.
- Jade ClarkeNovember 1, 2013Don't come when it's busy if you expect a quick takeaway. Stood waiting for cod and chips for 35 minutes.
- Jess ParkerJuly 20, 2015Had the haddock and chips, was so good but couldn't finish it all! Friendly staff too :) Will come back.
