    First visit to Fish Thyme and, while different from its sister, Capers, it has some of the same menu items and same classy upscale feel. Visiting Fluid, their wine/dessert bar 2 doors over next time!

    A yr after my 1st review, FT still very good. Now I got the parm/potato encrusted flounder w/ superfood medley & spinach. Delicious - as was 4-cheese crab dip app & chocolate Charlotte (both shared).

    Excellent food, wonderful presentation and great service. Save room for dessert too. The toasted strawberry shortcake is amazing!

    I had the trout meunière with creamed spinach & Parmesan-truffle fries. Very good with lump crab & brown butter. Wife & daughter had flounder & grouper with garlic mash. Also good.

    The Fried Shrimp and Parmesan Truffle Fries were excellent. Everything I tasted at our table was wonderful. Best Fried Green Tomatoes I've had in quite awhile, too! Highly recommend!

    All of the seafood is flown in and fresh daily. This chef is amazing. This is his 2nd popular restaurant. If you are dining in Acworth this place is a must.

    Try Cayrum, its a dark rum aged 3 years and then infused with all natural ginger and honey. Its great as a chilled shot, on the rocks, ginger ale/beer, juices or Red Bull. Theres nothing like it! Read more

    Great restaurant! Go on Thursday night and sit in the bar area. Appetizers are half price and so is the wine! Great deal!

    Anything you get is going to be delicious-that's just how the Dudleys roll. If its busy you can sit at the bar for full service!

    Chef Dudley is a genius! The Swordfish is delicious and the Hawaiian Ribeye was perfect. Make sure you get the truffle fries!

    Too much on the menu, they need to focus on less to make them better. There was a lot of potential for the food to be fantastic but it was just okay. Way too expensive for the quality that I got.
