Mistakes happen, but telling me that biting into a large piece of glass is a "small issue" is unacceptable!

Worst dining experience of my life. Took 3 hours to get an entree that wasn't raw. Manage said she would comp our meal then dropped off a $108 bill. Kitchen clearly does not know how to cook. Never!
