Make sure to say hi to Sue, one of the nicest people. Don't forget to ask how her knee feels. She had surgery on it and is planning on having the other done. Brave woman!

This one stays open later. 11:30 on weekdays whereas West closes at 9pm
Got hit with a rolling mechanical delay, Jennifer hooked me up with seat on the next flight.

Internet is spotty at best, getting pretty crowded over the last year or two
Jennifer KaufmanJanuary 29Hot breakfast not served until after 6am. CO State Law - Alcohol served after 7am- This one doesn't open until 6:30, if you have an early flight the west club opens at 5:00 am.
- The East & West clubs are exactly the same, just go to the most convenient one.

The West Club is a little nicer and definitely less crowded, but it always beats waiting at the gate. Get a window seat and watch the planes coming and going!

Over crowded and no seats and really need a - we are full as sitting on the ground is not what membership is about!- For a United hub club, thought it was a bit shabby. Lots of little work spaces though if you need to crank up your laptop.
