Ask for the pork special. Braised pork served on a bed of cheesy polenta, topped with locally grown rainbow chard and tomato jam then drizzled with a chipotle syrup! Sooo good!
Try the fresh duck salad, followed by the flat iron steak cooked medium rare and finishing the dinner off with apple cobbler ala mode. Don't forget that wine to pair with each course!
