- There are 2 sections to this lounge - one straight ahead from elevator & one to the right. The right side is quieter and has business area. The main area has bar, food and entertainment. Good showers.Upvoted Mar 24
- Chris BelisarioJune 6, 2015Fantastic, watching American Pharoah take the tripple crown at the 147th Belmont Stakes with great bartender Alicia from Argentina looking after me.Upvoted Mar 3
- Sascha BaridharaJanuary 5, 2014As an FQTV, don't forget to claim two drink vouchers for cocktails, special beers, specific wines and premium liquors upon checking in the admirals club - if you are flying internationally...!
- Veronica HenriquezJune 14, 2013The quiet area has very comfortable long seats. If you are looking for a healthy meal try the Asian Chicken salad of the menu
- Christina LeeDecember 6, 2013Alicia is about the sweetest person ever - great bartender. The waitstaff isn't speedy but they are pretty friendly. The staff at both admirals clubs are super friendly.
- MAGGIE WietingMarch 19, 2013Lounge desk advised that First/BA Gold/Emerald passengers can use this smaller space closer to gates. Why not expand space to accommodate larger lounge from access point?
- James ServinoDecember 7, 2013Definitely prefer this lounge to the United Club at JFK. Great lounge furniture, facilities... just need bagels. The comp snacks here leave much to be desired.
- Ib JibrilApril 1, 2016I am totally disappointed. The lounge looks like it will soon run down. Paper plate soup bowls and plastic cutlery. The only good thing here is the full bar and sweet bar tender.
- Gustavo RigoMay 16, 2014All the bartenders here are great but Miss Alicia is an angel fallen directly from heaven. She makes you feel better than home.
- Kyoko KentJune 26, 2013Plenty of places to sit...either near the bar, windows, or room with TV. Also a kids room!
- The reviews are right. Alicia is the best bartender even if one gets el vino bueno, bonito y barato.
- The quiet room is quite nice & separate. They don’t serve wine or liquor before 8am. 🙃
- Leslie CampisiOctober 20, 2012Was expecting the one adjacent to the Flagship lounge would be nicer. But this is the better of the two. Worth the trek.
- Jeff NovichDecember 25, 2016Children's area literally has zero toys. Come on guys... a children's area? With no toys? Just computers? Tip: Buy some used toys for $10.
- BettyOctober 17, 2016Only good thing is the wifi and maybe the quietness from the crowds. Food offerings is limited to typical trail mix, soups and cookies.
- Alan NewtonJune 4, 2013Get breakfast before you come as the options are rather limited and nothing like the BA lounges you may be used to at Heathrow
- marcus HApril 18, 2017Nice: guacamole for free in the afternoon. But: looks old, cramped, hard to get here.
- Kat 🐱July 5, 2016Pretty average lounge. You will receive two drink vouchers upon check-in. You can just them for sparkling water if you don't want alcoholic drinks.
- Phillip WoodOctober 16, 2014Smeller of the two lounges. Wifi faster than the other one, but almost always crowded.
- Boon YapAugust 13, 2013Utterly pedestrian First Class lounge. Drink vouchers?!? BUT lots of charging stations & decent wifi. AVOID the champagne.
- John HarveyMarch 26, 2014Be sure to tip the bartenders, especially if you are having the complimentary drinks!!
- Thomas TaylorMarch 16, 2012Much better lounge than the one nearer security - worth a detour for the extra space and quieter surroundings.
- Chele RocksJanuary 1, 2019Badly in need of updating (& cleaning). Complimentary drinks are limited to coffee, tea & water, no alcohol. Sad snacks. Pricey food & drinks to order.
- Snehanshu ShahMay 30, 2013Hot - smelly - crowded - go back to the terminal, it's less crowded and cooler - ridiculous - this is what we pay extra for?
- J LeeJuly 27, 2012A bit of a poor effort compared with Singapore Airlines or Qantas lounge. Most of the food/drinks requires a purchase. El cheapo!!
- DJ TREATSApril 5, 2013Play the animal exhibit game on the computer. It'll eat up time for kids and adults.
- Comfy lounge chairs and business center to right off elevator.
- M BookerSeptember 30, 2012They have like 20 big TV's here... But if you want to watch football during football season go somewhere else. They had one game one one TV. Lame. Snacks are ok, real food is expensive.
- Gunther SchumacherMay 30, 2013You have to pay for soda (!) and bottled water (!!!). Don't know if AA execs have ever been to the Virgin lounge. They should check it out.
- Laura CaputoJuly 27, 2013Alicia IS the best bartender. I want to put her in my purse and take her with me. Sweet lady!
- Matteo SarzanaJuly 28, 2013The only good thing about this lounge is the free wifi. Anything else is crap. Free food is reduced to "pretzels" and "cookies". AA you should learn from skyteam how to operate a proper lounge
- ju juDecember 15, 2014this is the most poor and bad service launge ive ever been in my life. terminal 4's Virgin is like 5stars, but this is just a zero star resembling a decaying hotel lounge thing.
- ChristopheApril 25, 2015A business/first lounge where you have to pay for food and premium drinks... Strange way of thinking by AA
- CitygirlOctober 12, 2013This lounge has gross pastries and industrial snacks. Don't go here thinking there is food or even anything healthy.
- Daniel RodrigoSeptember 23, 2014Not a lot to do here. Just a few drinks and food (that you have to pay for)
