Winson WongMarch 19, 2016Newly transformed into a ramen restaurant! Chicken Paitan ramen different to Tonkotsu broth but it is flavorful! Noodles were chewy and the onsen egg was goooood. Great list of appetizers and drinks.
BommyOctober 1, 2018Brothless noodle dish is pretty great. Tons of flavor. Ask for the hot sauce on the side because it's extremely spicy. Put your name on the yelp waitlist because the queue can be 40+ people deep.

Try the chicken paitan ramen! I came in slightly skeptical of a non-pork-based broth, but it's so rich and delicious.

Veggie miso with truffle oil and the soy paitan are amazing. Almost as good as Mensho.

The tomato ramen resembles a pasta dish, in a good way if that’s what you’re feeling!
not part of a low-sodium diet. however, a reasonable, if high-cost, pre-symphony/opera meal. get any donburi because the rice is phenomenal. don't bother with duck liver: overcooked tempura cat food.
Love all the ramen, especially the tomato one. Also love the tuna tartare
