- Gerard AlturaJanuary 13, 2015Had the pulled pork with apple and bbq sauce pie. Absolutely amazing. You get a blended taste of the smoky pork, and the sweetness of homemade apple pie. All in a crunchy, inside-fluffy pastry.
- Hams SoloAugust 16, 2014You can't go passed a pie with mashed potato and peas. it's certainly a meal and a half. The peas are a throw back to a era gone by. An era when the pie peas were as important as the pie itself.
- tbxl 🐨September 8, 2014Who would've thought a pulled pork pie can be this great? Get their apple coleslaw salad too.
- JacquesOctober 4, 2015Awesome gourmet fresh pies. Sides were also a perfect accompainment. Great for catch ups, worth more returns
- Great place with some 'out there' pies. Please don't think is just an ordinary pie shop cause it definitely isn't. Try it. I'm thinking you'll go back again and again and again... 😀
- tbxl 🐨September 8, 2014Classic beef pie + tomato sauce. Old school, simple yet deliciously rewarding.
- Punit JagasiaAugust 18, 2014For bargain hunters, go a half hour before the shop closes and you might find savory pies and other products, at half-price!
- Amazing pies, best in Sydney. Try the old fashioned Cornish pastie with sour cream pastry, and all the cakes/tarts are to die for.
- Szymon JaguśDecember 14, 2011I was never a fan of pies until I went to this place. Sausage roll, mexican chicken and riverine beef pies are simply irresistible. $10 deal is a cheapie and portions are generous.
- Grant MAugust 25, 2014I've only had the sweet pies..tim-tam and the Oreo..and the Oreo was A-MA-ZING.. yet to try the savoury
- DadaDecember 18, 2012Let's be honest, you'll want to try all their dessert pies. The pineapple cream pie with homemade passionfruit jelly deserves a mention.
- NatJuly 19, 2014The pies are good but not great. The pie pastry is tough and thick which doesn't give a good pastry to filling ratio. Best pie is at Pie In the Sky.
- This place is great but they often don't have enough forks and they offer plastic forks like that's an alternative when you just bought a $14 pie.
- The value here is getting less and less. Prices all creeping up to $8.50 slice slices all getting smaller... Used to love coming here. Now I'm not so sure.
- MichelleFebruary 17, 2012Be sure to save room for some sweet pie. The passionfruit cream pie was light and fluffy but a big slice!
- Mooksy ♔April 25, 2013Banger and mash pie - reminds me of high school yum! Sweet potato mash and leaf salad as sides
- You can actually get salad with your pie if you don't get distracted by the other yummy sides!
- Denys TroyakDecember 6, 2011Service is weird! Order at the counter, take the number yet they yell out when your order is ready! Nice pies though! Still prefer pie face opposite 7/11
- The thickshakes could do with a bit more ice cream. Ask kindly for an extra scoop.
- Mel SMay 25, 2012They named that ginormous apple pie: 'the pie that eats Newtown' for a reason. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Lol
- Shelley Cooper-WhiteOctober 7, 2016Hit up the two for one deal in the last fifteen minutes before close each day.
- Dian ParamitaSeptember 22, 2012If you're lucky, try the pineapple ricotta pie. They're not baking it regularly I reckon
- camilo hJune 29, 2012Try the Lemon Meringue Pie - Great big serving of pie. Must try the savoury pies next time.
- The vege & lentil pie is glorious! Sorry for the half eaten photo - its just too good to wait!
- unspoonsoredApril 5, 2015Overrated savoury pies and unbalanced sweet pies, much better pie alternatives in Sydney... Read more
- John KerrisonSeptember 30, 2011Wow! At last someone who knows how to make a real milkshake AND fill the tin cup. Love it.
- Reg LAugust 12, 2011It's gourmet pies made and baked fresh on premises. Definitely get the cheese sauce! :)
- Annie BettisApril 17, 2012If you leave King St for any reason, make this that reason. Sooo many choices!!
- The dessert portions are simply massive. Be suitably warned/inspired!
- Youre gonna be sick by the massive amounts of food you will eat, but what a way to go! Bring an empty stomach.
- Anni SugarJune 19, 2011Vegetarians beware: the beans have bacon in them. The staff didn't think to mention it (despite ordering the veg pie), and I found out the hard way. :(
- All Day BreakfastAugust 25, 2014The pies are good but the staff can be rude and the weekend lines are insane.
