Food WandererJune 8, 2015The waffles are good as well as their signature dessert, the ebelskiver! Its great for breakfast or dessert. What I like about the restaurant is that its a cute restaurant with friendly staff.

Alesha DaileyAugust 2, 2013I live and breathe for Aebelskiver's!!! Solvang is very touristy and quaint, full of antique stores and bakeries...but I come just for this! Definitely worth the three hour drive every time!!

Buy the aeblskiever recipe because it’s much better than what they make here.
