Cute little restaurant in cal ave. The food is delicious. We like the cold asparagus soup, the salmon and the steak.

Scallops-slightly bland but if you eat it with the lentils it'll brings out the flavor of the scallop. Iron steak was slightly cold. Tip to get in on an extra hot plate.Bread was definitely a workout.

Ask for patato waffle with salmon. They don't have it in thr menu but sometimes cook them for fun:)

Try the Swedish Tartine. It's fabulous. If you like Bistro Élan, you'll love its sister restaurant, Birch Street.
