This refined 104-seat sushi restaurant has nigiri, sashimi, maki and specialty rolls like the banana roll for dessert and the special veggie roll. As well as a full bar and a quick takeout counter.
Edgy/cool looking restaurant at airport! Usually really good sushi comes from places that don't use chipotle mayo or cream cheese (you get the idea) but this one is unique and good. Japanese chef!
Haven't been disappointed yet! The Spanish Dynamite is my go-to, but the classic rolls are also delicious. Wine selection is small, but good quality (and the pours are usually more than 6-oz).
Very good for airport sushi and a great way to kill my 4 hour layover. Really enjoyed their night roll and super white tuna sashimi. Depending on my next layover, I'll go back.
DANG. This place is GOOD. This sushi fanatic was highly impressed by this airport sushi. Great miso soup, loved the Hawaiian, Tidal Wave, and Hot Night rolls. Definitely check this place out!
Order some sake or a glass of white wine, some simple sushi rolls and be amazed that you are in this Oasis at O'Hare Airport. Sit on the window side of the bar.
While the service is Chicago style, hardy, efficient and without much fluff, the food is fresh and well presented. My number one spot for food for this otherwise culinary deserted area.
Ive eaten here twice. First time was great! This time I was fogotten... If it wasnt for the greeter coming by and seating another customer. I may not have been severed at all.
two visits in one week. two different servers. same type of service. lets say that the theme here is to ignore the customer. The food is good but attention to the customer is NOT!!!
Remeber that your nowhere near an ocean, when stopping here at this airport sushi bar. Stick to the nigiri or sashimi and avoid the rolls. Not a glowing review from me, but it is an honest one.
Wicker Park Seafood & Sushi Bar is located in Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Guests will savor a meticulously prepared variety of Nigiri, Sashimi, Maki. Enjoy it with beer or wine.
