They have a somewhat new menu. I tried the philly's cheese steak sandwich and it was honestly disgusting. Long hotdog bun with beef jerky like pieces of meat and the same cheese dip you get in cinemas- Staff don't really care how you want your steak. I asked for medium rare and I got welldone. A week before that they made it properly. Now I don't think they even told the chef how I wanted it.
Having a Guinness. Served very well, also with a smile. Gawd bless em- ...good place, looking a bit tired now though. Could do with a refurb.
The deputy manager tried to deny the mayor's 20% discount. What a horribly rude woman (short blonde dumpy lady). The mayor did not stand for this

It does have to be said that the staff are generally useless and rude.
