- One of the best cafes anywhere in LA. Seasonal pour over coffees, delicious lattes, and food for all meals of the day. Be sure to check out their events and other fun stuff they offer, too.
- One of LA's best breakfast sandwiches (on a fresh biscuit), and the jalapeño chicken with polenta is great. I also love the huckleberry donut. Some of the highest quality casual cafe food in LA.
- Cherith ZanghiJanuary 25, 2017They have more than just the standard café options, like a lavender chai or maple latté -everything tastes amazing. The very cool Mimoda Dance Studio resides behind this café in a converted warehouse
- Melody HanSeptember 17, 2016They use Califa almond milk - the ballet classes in the back on Sunday mornings is a nice backdrop while waiting in line (not the best coffee shop if you're in a rush on the weekends)
- Tasting TableJuly 12, 2012Stop by this coffee shop, where the lunch menu was designed by Michelin-starred chef, Jeremy Fox. Try his sandwiches filled with vadouvan-spiced chicken and La Quercia coppa with ricotta and greens: Read more
- Jeff BowenFebruary 9, 2015Really cool rustic, open atmosphere. Wi-Fi is MiMaDoJazzo and password is dancealot. Found an outlet in the back corner. No-laptops-on-weekends policy but they didn't enforce it late Sunday night.
- This place is neck and neck in the battle for best latte. Paper or Plastik, Grafitti or Proof Bakery? At this moment, I will take 'em in this order. The breakfast sandwich is unbelievable.
- FélixJune 24, 2016Nice place to work, good food and cool mood. Very artistic crowd! Like actors, designers, cinema industry workers, etc. Can be long to be served.
- Love the exposed brick/beams/windows and chill vibe. Food and drink are amazing. Plus, Tcho chocolate for sale! Lots of seating; think it's great that some tables are laptop free.
- Micah DuchesneAugust 2, 2016Sweet spot in the Art Deco style Mid-City/west Hollywood neighborhood. Stopped here for coffee every morning while in town.
- Rowan WernhamMay 23, 2015Great wifi working spot - the net connection can be ropey, but there are lots of outlets, and the menu + staff + scene rocks..
- Lauren MacApril 3, 2017Lovely, lively vibes from the exposed brick, conversation chatter, and strong caffeine. Good meetup spot.
- Daniel L.November 15, 2012Out of beans? This cafe has bags from all your favorite LA roasters: Intelligentsia, Handsome Coffee, and their own House beans. Also a great tea selection.
- Kevin ReeversSeptember 21, 2016Excellent coffee and great seasonal menu. Also the no wifi weekends are sublime.
- Stephanie DApril 24, 2012Try the Veggie Burrata sandwich, $12. Chilled roasted veggies & creamy Di Stefano burrata with a tangy oil dressing on ciabatta. Yum!!
- Lina ReyesMarch 3, 2012The guys are hott. So cute and nice. Oh, the coffee is delicious, too. Don't get it to go--stick around and enjoy the great vibe.
- Brandon NuckeltMay 20, 2013If you need to plug-in and work during the week, grab a seat on the eastern wall. Outlets are hidden under the bench!
- I love the breakfast sandwich here and you can't go wrong with any coffee you pick.
- Premade foods are exceptional--as are the made-to-order things. They just need to do something about the flies and put more of a barrier between food & people! Always run out of croissants too soon.
- Geoffrey FullerMarch 19, 2011They typically serve one or two Intelligentsia blends each day and their single cup pour over brewing is fantastic. One of the best coffee houses in LA.
- Wifi code is dancealot. Food is delicious but you pay for it. But it's my favorite neighborhood hangout.
- Their menu is pretty limited but the burger is good. Also you can bring your dog and sit outside.
- Rowan WernhamMay 23, 2015The black oak (ethiopian) pour over is possibly one of my favourite coffees IN THE ENTIRE WORLD
- PRO-KedsApril 25, 2011This place is what I consider a gem...unique and incredible. Besides the great food and coffee they serve, this place is beautifully designed.
- Great coffee shop, friendly staff, but 9 times out of 10 they will screw up your order or forget about it entirely.
- My new favorite work coffee shop. Great vibe, the serve Intelli coffee, and they've got the wi-fis. What more can you ask? Read more
- If you have stuffy sinuses, the bacon jalapeño marmalade will clear them right up!
- Mike FApril 3, 2014Good place.... Good Vibe... Soooo much better than Graffiti Sublime. Much cheaper too.
- Julie WilsonJanuary 9, 2015Really weird policies for laptops. You can only sit in designated tables in the back.
- There's a limited lot of Kenyan coffee here for the next little while. Best coffee in the world. $4/cup is a steal. Get it!
- Their Late Summer Market Salad consists of all the good things in life, and they have Bellocq teas!
- Anthony DeVriesApril 29, 2015Paper or Plastik is always a great place for good food, friendly service, and amazing drinks.
- Great cherry pie from Sweet Lady Jane. Love this place - Used to play good music, nowadays it's hit or miss.
- The premade food at the counter looks really good except for the flies. Wish they had it enclosed.
- They just expanded their menu and all seems promising. Beet salad is delicious but very small for the price. Regardless, it's yummy.
- CliffordJuly 3, 2012The lattes here are not too shabby, worth the drive to mid-city. And the food is great, too.
- Sophia Flot-WarnerJune 10, 2013Beware...on weekends they no longer allow laptops! They've instituted laptop free weekends! Nice place, but wasted trip as I came to work...
- FiofioApril 23, 2012A very cozy cafe to hang out w friends or just reading/writing. The ordinary latte is pretty good.
- Great coffee, nice baristas, awesome vibe, and they serve euro sugar cubes :) can't go wrong with a Rwanda brew!
- Amy DavesJanuary 5, 2014After seeing several bad yelp reviews I was very skeptical but I thought it was alright. They are pretty clear about that no laptops on the weekend rule, so if you want your laptop just go elsewhere!
- ShelleyOctober 28, 2012Coffee done Hario drip style and fluffy tart yogurt topped with fresh fruit and granola...
- The architecture and urban interior design of this place alone warrants a stop by for their equally incredible coffee and desserts
- Blake MeierAugust 26, 2014Huevos rancheros is alright. The huckleberry maple donut was amazing though.
- Tiara HenryMay 30, 2011Pretty dope event space + the gift shop on the mezzanine is sooo pretty! Love the handmade terrariums...
- well crafted lattes, very sweet staff, & aesthetically pleasing design. the neighborhood just keeps getting better!
