Very long waits even if you have an appointment. Poor service.
If you are coming into the store for tech support always make a reservation in advance by going online or using the Apple Store App.
J BDecember 16, 2018Don’t expect help, when simply trying to purchase something you have to wait. It’s like they don’t want your money when you’re actually in the store 🤷🏻♂️❤️
Please back up your device before coming in for service.
Always get AppleCare! It will save you lots of money on repairs for your Mac!

The shitiest customer service, and a store manager named Julie who lies. Product is good, but customer service is full of lies. I hate liars! This store does not deserve patronage.
