Do not order rolls, one of the best sushi chefs in the world is making your dinner! Omakase always changes, Tuesday's and Thursday's are when the tsukiji fish market order arrive.

Good Japanese food real taste. Spicy tuna, ankimo, hamachi + spring onion, taste real good. Tempura is also good. Recommend this, if you feel like Japanese food while in Carmel
