Also expensive and not many Asians here. Good atmosphere.
VMJuly 30, 2016Chinese food in Portland disappoints and Shandong is no exception. Gloppy and poorly balanced hot & sour soup, sesame beef so sweet it'll give you cavities. The tea & service were good, at least.

Yummy food, good portions. Enjoyed the chow mien, Judy’s noodles and egg rolls.
