BonFebruary 16, 2017Alpine beef stew > traditional beef stew (but traditional is also good). Would be great if they could serve with rice. Stews are very gravy-y.
You are eating in the best restaurant in Snowmass Village. Also, if Cowboy Beef Stew is being served, well, you're welcome!
