- EaterOctober 7, 2013Order up steak and martinis, get a caesar salad made table-side and admire the city's only open-flame charcoal-grill. [Eater 38 Member]
- Paul WrightJune 4, 2013Table near the kitchen not to bad, Gorgonzola fillet mignon a must just melts in your mouth. Make sure you have the spinach and mushrooms to accompany a fine steak.
- Darius KalinauskasJanuary 9, 2023Cool atmosphere and super friendly staff. I like their table side approach. Cesar salad was amazing ( pricey but worth it ), steak was great. Only the side dishes were a bit of a let down.
- Wally MuzlantovNovember 10, 2019It is best to make a booking so that can enjoy the atmosphere and the steaks. They debone the steak so that you can enjoy it even more. This restaurant has old world charm .
- Natalie LMarch 11, 2014Get the jumbo Atlantic lobster tail. It's amazing & huge!! The spinach salad is spectacular too & ask for the cherries jubilee for desert. It's not on the menu anymore, but they will still make it.😋
- Janet SimJune 7, 2021Surprisingly, highlight of the night for me are the spinach salad and the Caesar salad.
- Foodie XDecember 5, 2019Good but overpriced. Mash potatoes, fries, onion rings are a little roadhouse-ish. Rib eye and Wellington are excellent.
- DeborahNovember 15, 2010Try the bone in rib steak medium so that the fat isn't tough. Usually I like it medium rare but this is how hy's recommends it. Also try the twice baked potato to accompany your steak.
- Steak dinners here are consistently the best in Vancouver. Make sure to order the cheese bread for appy's, and also try the spinach salid. They make it right infront of you.
- Chefs FeedAugust 22, 2014Andrey Durbach, chef of Pied-â-Terre, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Bone-in rib steak. Read more
- Dominic HungJuly 13, 2012The cheesebread is mandatory to have plus highly recommend the spinach salad! Dee-lish!!
- Douglas BoydMay 1, 2012Excellent caesar salad. Fresh fish of the day - halibut - not so fresh and overcooked.
- Best Steaks in Vancouver and exceptional wine list!!!!
- PurdeyNovember 15, 2010Get valet parking $7. Parking on Hornby is $2 for 20 mins, which is a complete rip off
