The new weight room is nice and big but can be super crowded about 3 til 7:30 -8 o'clock.
The body works plus abs, step plus abs, Latin heat and all of the cycle classes are great!

They're remodeling. Adding more equipment and expanding the lifting section. Woot!
Ray is an awesome trainer. Skip breakfast though, or you just might puke ;)
Take Lianna's Zumba class it's a mixture of Latin and Hip Hop. She'll get you sweating. Mon at 5:45pm to 6:45pm

This is definitely an improvement for the area especially since the other gyms around are older/ghetto.
Stop acting hard your not buff lil fat kids. Leave the jewelry at home and take the gel out of ur hair then come lift stupid wanna bes
