Terry OlaesJuly 14, 2015The breakfast here is stupendous. Plate sized pancakes with lots of flavor choices, hash browns that are actually crispy when I ask for crispy hash browns, and a well trained staff. Good stuff!

The biscuits and gravy is amazing. Sometimes you wait 30 min to sit down, but the kitchen is fast and service is amazing. Best Breakfast in DFW!
By far the best no frills breakfast in GV. My fav is The Ten Gallon Hat. A twist on Eggs Benedict with fresh spinach. Get the fresh fruit side.

Great food and service but always busy and loud. Really busy. And really loud.- Not much for ambiance unless you like noisy and crowded. Food and service are really great, but the crowd (and parking) is a challenge.

- Ten Gallon Hat! It's really just Egg Benedict with a cowboy name. Super good!
