Really wonderful, top-quality dishes here, many of which you'll not be able to find at more typical Japanese restaurants. Try the fried homemade sesame tofu and their various takes on soba noodles.

Chef's recommendation is that you sit and order one or two dishes at a time. Ask for assorted sashimi, and cross your fingers that the day's special is oysters.

Amazing sweet corn tempura, really fresh homemade tofu and their udon noodles are delicious and chewy! Will definitely be back to taste the rest of the menu! FYI they're closed on Mondays.

milk sesame tofu stands out. Creamy texture and full of nutty flavor. Tried sablefish with sesame sauce and fish cheek with yuzu sauce. The chef knows well how to grill fish!

Very pricey and the atmosphere sucks but great food. The corn tempura and the green tea pudding with icrecream are spectacular.
