Ignore all tips before 2018. They are from the period before the club was renovated, reduced in size, and all hard liquor was removed from the offerings.
the quiet room is everything i need after a long flight with screaming kids. YES!!!!! (i mean "yes" shhhh)

Once you walk in, go straight back towards the bar.....pick up free beer, then continue forward to the far wall. Outlets always open on this half of the club.....happy hunting!
Ronnie BowenApril 7, 2012Military can get in here regardless of your ticket or actual membership. Just show your ID at the desk and they'll let you in. Also, get a free wifi card while here or you have to pay for Internet

Sung ParkAugust 16, 2013Always mediocre snacks. But the drinks keeps flowing, the bartenders are always nice, and the view can be great depending on the time of the day. No need for wifi card anymore, just connect and go.

You cannot order any vodka, gin, scotch, tequila, or other hard alcohol, unlike virtually all other United Clubs. This is unacceptable.

The club in C Concourse has ample seating and good service.
If you want quiet, the business lounge in the back with the cubicles is quite nice. Quiet zone by the entrance often not quiet.
The bottles on the middle shelf are almost always free. Bud light is usually the free beer. House reds and whites are also complimentary.
carrot sticks and pepper cheese. no hot meals offered. back to the 90s charm. no comparison to lufthansa.
Looking for outlets? There's always open desks (each has 2 plugs) in the business area.

Todd MillerJanuary 23, 2012I completely agree with Halle. These jokers working the door had no idea that Star Alliance Gold members were allowed in. I had to show them the rule on their website.
The United clubs have open wi-fi now so no more need for passwords for members or guests
This now ranks as one of the oldest, most ratty red rugs in the US.

The house wines are great and free! If you're here in the evening say hello to Hugo at the bar.
