The scallop entree on the SPECIALS menu this week is off the hook. Trust me on this. Ginger butter, butternut squash purée and bacon. Plus, this place cooks their scallops perfectly. ;)

Order the California Rolls to start and then the menu is full of locally sourced ingredients. Slow food lives here.

The lunch sampling plate is just perfect. Three yummy things for $15. You'll leave full and happy.
Try the 17oz Koshihikari Echigo Rice Beer. It is delicious.
