- Chris SApril 15, 2015This is the perfect seafood restaurant. Old school, classy, great service and perfectly cooked, very fresh fish. Most importantly, they leave it alone. No unnecessary adulterants hiding the flavorUpvoted Mar 24
- Most amazing poke...the wasabi adds such spice and dimension than your norm...this is incredibly flavorful. The Mai Tai is strong and transports you to an exotic locale :)
- Michael MorganMay 12, 2019Love this place! Out on the water with all-around spectacular views. The waitresses were all very sweet as well. Food was cheap and amazing! The chowder was so delicious.
- TheDLOctober 2, 2015Looks like a tourist trap but it's actually quite nice with friendly staff and food that is way better than expected.
- Jeremy AnslowDecember 1, 2015Wow!! What a view! Bring something warm just in case, the breeze can make the patio chilly. Great wine list, and the seafood Benedict was on point!
- Amazing views! The bar food was fairly decent, both the clams and clam chowder were very good. The cocktails were decent, but rather weak. The bloody Mary's were the best.
- Jill WilsonDecember 11, 2013Go to the bar on the right, rather than the restaurant on the left. The bar has a better vibe. The drinks are good and you can't beat the view!
- Natalia AndrievskayaMay 17, 2017Great view - the restaurant is right on the beach. Fisherman's chowder was good and burger was ok. View beats everything:)
- Julian AmalrajAugust 26, 2014The Cajun ahi is really flavourful. White sea bass was pretty nice too. The Mud Pie deserves a special mention!
- Sergio Knightguardian3August 7, 2018The best seafood ever number one service the best food restaurant ever number one love the seating the best number one
- Great place to watch Monday Night Football! They bring TV's outside and have free popcorn and inexpensive chili cheese dogs!
- Andy WolfeApril 6, 2015Wear sunblock in the summer if you go for lunch and sit outside, it gets very hot around that time.
- Surfrider FoundationMarch 23, 2011Check out Fisherman’s for post-beach-day food and drinks. The “Trestle” is the best drink to have on the patio while watching the sun set.
- Bill ThomasDecember 31, 2014Best cheap champagne and bloody Mary's pair well with shrimp cocktail, anytime
- Kelsey PhillipsSeptember 21, 2016Best seafood restaurant I've ever eaten at - fresh, perfectly grilled fish ever time.
- Brandon F.June 12, 2011You can't beat their calamari sandwich. Order it with a brew and kick back on the deck of the pier overlooking the coast. Brill.
- If you actually want chips with your fish just go to the oyster bar instead of the restaurant, or ask for skinny fries when in the restaurant. Potato wedges just aren't the same!
- The Poke is wonderful and the Tresels IPA a perfect fit.
- David StevensMarch 23, 2022ADA Access: No longer compliant. The manager Chris is ignorant regarding Federal law and continues to block handicap entrance with tables. (It’s been law since 1990.)
- Two restraints, left side full restaurant, right site is Oystet Bat
- Hunter OrahoodMarch 30, 2010Monday Night Football rules here, you get free food and cheep beer! Also, the bucket of wings on any given day = pure deliciousness!
- Come from 4-7 pm Friday &have $1.00 oysters & fish tacos for $3.00!
- The best place in San Clemente for sunset drinks!!
- Sitting at the bar? There are hooks underneath for your bag.
