My order was delayed due to some internal problem - and a manager decided to remove it from the bill, though I was not even asking. I like this level of service!

Be warned. They bring the food out quick. We ordered goyza which came after the mains... Make sure they know you want to take your time. It's verging on rude!

3 out of 5 times, my order was either late or wrong. At least the green tea is free and delicious but this wagamama is off my list.

Genuinely terrible service. The staff have that special combination of laziness and incompetence. Food is nice, if and when you ever get it.

I made the mistake and returned after a horrible first time. Gyoza super dry and half frozen, Chicken Katsu Curry is a disgrace for that prize.
