- Walter CarcamoMarch 20, 2012I really like coming here, the sushi is pretty good overall, and the waiters and everyone that works there is very friendly. You go a long way with a few $20 on sushi rolls, and a date lol
- There's always a wait to go eat here, but it's worth the wait. Today, it was 15-20 min. Servers were all very nice. Wonderful customer service. Sushi was reasonably priced & delicious!
- Dat LeJuly 14, 2012I saw the rolls were so cheap ($2.50, $3.75, etc.), I figured that they would be either tiny or terrible ("too good to be true"). They were AWESOME. This place was amazing... Delicious food for CHEAP!
- Nestor Chavez VJanuary 21, 2018excelent price/value sushi. I tried chirashi box and was so good and fresh. The place is crowd and wait times are between 15 to 30 mins. Most of the time. High fish rotation so that's a good sign.
- $1 sashimi. Come early for HH. Place is always packed. I recommend reservations or call ahead. Sushi is always 👌🏽.
- EdDecember 27, 2015I’m a huge fan of the pan-fried gyoza, excellent sashimi, and large selection of specialty rolls here. Best low-cost sushi in Houston.
- Jamiel BolingNovember 6, 2015The Best place around and the BEST i've had! You better get there early or you will be waiting outside! No worries its normally nice out!
www.iekomedia.com - Samah AlsammahiApril 9, 2018Amazing Sushi. Fresh and very cheap. The only major problem is their parking.
- Allen ArcadeMarch 19, 2011Oishii is great value. But this is not the best (or even really good) sushi. The sushi rice is loose and grainy and fish in low quantity. For those that disagree, please try Blue Fish for lunch.
- Busy for lunches. Park in thw overflow lot next to oishii, bc you can rarely get a slot in the square. Sashimi special c is always my go-to.
- Chicken curry Katsu don. The best in town. Parking can be problematic and there's a wait all the time. Worth it though!
- Great quality sushi and at a good price! Try the sushi combos for the best value. Happy hour also has great prices. There is a bit of a wait but one quick call can make a reservation and it's worth it
- Amazing service! Had to wait 45 min for a table but got two free appetizers and a free roll due to the wait. Making a reservation next time but this place is awesome!
- Eloy Zuniga Jr.April 30, 2016Spicy salmon roll. Smoked sake sashimi. Do that. Also I'm drunk. Saki with Kiran.
- Super packed, but the best bang for your sushi buck in the area. If you have more than 2-4 try to get a reservation.
- Alex MikulichAugust 18, 2014Happy hour is your answer. Call in first to make a reservation, it will be slammed
- GabrielaJanuary 10, 2017Happy hour has awesome prices! Fast service. Fresh delicious sashimi. Love love love
- Paulo BeccaroMay 4, 2016Seems like their happy hour is popular, try and arrive after 6:30 PM to dodge the peak hour and grab a table fast.
- Miriam GoldmanMarch 1, 2016Amazing menu and delicious food, even if you don't like sushi. The curry rice is delicious.
- Wes DillardDecember 2, 2011Ask the host for beer and wine to help with the wait. Yeah there is a wait but you can't find sushi this good at this price anywhere else.
- Gregory HeerenspergerMarch 5, 2015Happy hour prices are amazing! Dynamite rolls, pork dumplings, and large hot sake are all worth the wait time.
- Mallorie BraunzJanuary 15, 2016Good sushi with a great price. I would suggest the red bean mochi ice cream for dessert!
- Go to neighborhood sushi place. So cheap and pretty tasty. Excellent variety.
- Allison LeTulleOctober 11, 2011Just ate one of the most beautiful plates of sashimi I have ever had. 9-piece sashimi lunch plate with Miso soup. Amazing!
- Helen and Jennifer are the best! Try the golden dragon with lemon on top or the tiger eye rock n roll with crabmeat instead of salmon
- Matthew SchwabenbauerAugust 8, 2014Best cheap sushi in Houston. Very cheap beer and sushi happy hour.
- Best sushi in Houston but make sure to make a reservation so you don't have to wait for 40 minutes for a table!
- Zach ConnJanuary 25, 2014Make reservations if you go on a busy night. This place is really popular but also really tiny!
- Mikey N.June 10, 2010Eat up. Happy hour gets pretty busy. It's a cheap place to go for sushi. Quality is amazing there too. I'd rather go during lunch or weekdays to avoid the crowds
- Miso soup is perfect, and the sushi / sushi rolls are excellent. You can't beat the prices, either!
- Samah AlsammahiMarch 13, 2018I haven’t tried it yet I went their last week, it was 9 pm, their was an hour wait and they close at 10. I didn’t want to be their when they wanted to close and feel rushed out. I’ll go another time
- Allen ArcadeMay 22, 2011This is an example of the sushi at Thai Spice Buffet at Westheimer and Voss. The sushi is better and it's all-you-can-eat. Also, you get Thai food.
- Joe FertittaApril 14, 2010Stuff yourself. Literally and figuratively. This SOHO sized place has some of the best sushi rolls and fresh, properly sliced, sashimi in the city.
- Happy hour M-Saturday. Not the best sushi but for the price, it's worth it.
- Usually from 1pm-3pm, you can walk right in with no wait, and have the lunch specials.
- Jin KuraiNovember 24, 2013First time here , if you're looking for the special is on the wall in the back
