- University of DelawareMay 11, 2011Willard Hall is named in honor of the eminent Delaware attorney and jurist of the 19th century, Willard E. Hall. The building is also known for having the steepest stairs on campus!
The stairs in this building are some of the steepest ever built! You'll definitely wanna take the elevator up unless you're just going to the 2nd floor. Elevator is slow & a little scary but worth it.
Small library on the first floor. Quiet place to do homework.
